I don't charge planning fees for most vacations, cruises, and resort stays. Fees are reserved for highly customized itineraries that require extensive research and coordination — particularly multi-destination and international trips, and itineraries with multiple travelers. Standalone airline ticket bookings always include a service fee.
I specialize in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Florida, along with Spain, Ireland, and the U.S. Northeast — Boston, Cape Cod, and Maine. Wherever you're headed, I design the journey entirely around you.
We recommend reaching out 3–6 months ahead for most journeys, and 9–12 months for peak-season travel, special celebrations, or complex multi-country itineraries.
A personalized itinerary, every reservation handled, VIP perks and upgrades where available, 24/7 in-trip support, and a single dedicated point of contact from first idea to final sunset.
There's no trip too small — I work on getaways starting around $200 and up through luxury escapes. Sharing a rough budget up front simply helps me match every recommendation to what matters most to you.
