Curated Travel by Crystal provides travel-advisory and planning services. Bookings are made through our host agency, Fora Travel. We act as an intermediary between you and independent travel suppliers (such as hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, and tour operators); we do not own or operate those services.
Most vacations, cruises, and resort stays do not carry a planning fee. Fees may apply to highly customized itineraries that require extensive research and coordination, and standalone airline ticket bookings include a service fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you before you commit.
Your travel is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of each supplier, including their pricing, payment, change, and cancellation rules. Those terms are between you and the supplier, and you agree to review and accept them before booking.
Deposits, payments, change fees, and cancellation penalties are set by the suppliers and will be communicated to you before booking. You are responsible for paying amounts due on time to avoid cancellation.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for your trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You are responsible for verifying entry, health, and safety requirements for your destinations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Travel by Crystal is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by travel suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control. Our role is to arrange travel on your behalf.
